Refunds & returns

Consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product or service they buy doesn’t meet one of the basic rights, known as consumer guarantees.

As the ACCC site says, the return of goods depends on the size. If you can reasonably send it by post, then it's your responsibility. If it turns out to have a fault, we will reimburse the cost of returning the goods to us within reason. If the product turns out not to have a problem, then you are responsible for those costs.

 We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if:

 If you change your mind, we will not be able to exchange your product. 

You return your product without proof of purchase, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product. 

The products have been sat in, used, any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product. 

All the products that we sell should be professionally installed , we are not responsable for any damage to goods incurred during installation.

The Products was deemed defective without proof of professional installation, we will not be able to exchange/refund your product. 

As per the ACCC Refunds & Returns Policy

  • they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it
  • they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it (but they may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to them before they bought it)
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business
  • the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.
