All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
From time to time some parts may be out of stock, back orders are available on request and will be sent as soon as possible. 

 Shipping rates may vary due to quantities of products purchased, size and/or extra insurance cover. In some cases , there might be an extra surcharge for shipping of bulky items to remote areas ,if that's the case we will reach out to you with some options.

NOTE
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Large Items or orders can't be shipped to parcel lockers or PO boxes.

Pick up can be arranged in Sydney area for large items or big orders upon enquire only.

Damages
GC8 DOC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
